The Westchester Independent Living Center is a not-for-profit, community-based, consumer-directed organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities. Its mission is twofold: to assist individuals with disabilities to become as independent as they can be and to work within the community to provide education, disability awareness and advocacy for the removal of barriers.
